  • When checking-in each guest must provide a valid identification document

  • 20€ at Carloforte or 40€ at Bosa of cleaning fees if less than 4 nights.

  • 3% discount for more than 7 nights

  • 6% discount for more than 14 nights

  • 20% of the total price at the moment you book. The other 80% is due 30 days before arrival.
  • You can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
  • You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
